No todo el mundo tiene las habilidades para ser un l\u00edder, no hay nada de malo en ello. Todos desempe\u00f1amos un rol importante en nuestro entorno.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando piensa en un l\u00edder en su organizaci\u00f3n, \u00bfpiensa autom\u00e1ticamente en su jefe o en alguien con un alto nivel de autoridad?<\/p>\n<p>Aunque es de esperar que est\u00e9 en lo cierto en cuanto a que estas personas en posiciones de liderazgo son, de hecho, buenos l\u00edderes, ser un l\u00edder eficaz en realidad no tiene nada que ver con un t\u00edtulo de trabajo o un cierto nivel de antig\u00fcedad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfQu\u00e9 hace a un l\u00edder uno bueno?<\/h3>\n<p>Hay muchas definiciones sobre lo que define a un l\u00edder, pero la m\u00e1s completa, aunque exacta, la he encontrado en la revista Forbes: &#8220;El liderazgo es un proceso de influencia social, que maximiza los esfuerzos de los dem\u00e1s, hacia la consecuci\u00f3n de un objetivo&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>El liderazgo es un proceso. No es algo que se pueda hacer una vez y luego marcharse. Si diriges a otras personas para lograr un objetivo com\u00fan, tienes que practicar lo que predicas.<\/p>\n<p>Tienes que estar presente durante el progreso para poder no s\u00f3lo liderar diciendo a otras personas lo que tienen que hacer, sino tambi\u00e9n liderar con el ejemplo mostrando a otras personas lo que tienen que hacer a trav\u00e9s de tus propias acciones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Algunas caracter\u00edsticas<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Un l\u00edder debe tener mente abierta<\/strong> para acoger nuevas perspectivas e ideas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mantener una actitud positiva\u00a0<\/strong>frente a las dificultades que se le presentan para mantener la motivaci\u00f3n en el equipo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Debe inspirar seguridad.\u00a0<\/strong>Un buen l\u00edder transmite seguridad en s\u00ed mismo y conf\u00eda en las capacidades de su equipo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Es confiable y valiente\u00a0<\/strong>en las situaciones en donde se requiera, tambi\u00e9n debe estar listos para tomar decisiones dif\u00edciles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un equipo es tan bueno como lo es su\u00a0l\u00edder Pero llevar el liderazgo de manera positiva es bastante complejo, pues se requiere de cierta mentalidad.
